Capturing the essence of one of the world��s most beloved and influential figures in metal music, the ESP LTD Alexi Laiho Ripped electric is among the final guitars designed by Children of Bodom/Bodom After Midnight frontman Alexi Laiho. The LTD Alexi Laiho Ripped is offered in an offset V shape with neck-thru-body construction at 25.5�� scale. It features a three-piece thin u-shaped maple neck with natural satin finish for smooth and fast playability, alder body wings, and a Macassar ebony fingerboard (scalloped from frets 19-24). The Alexi Laiho Ripped includes an EMG HZ F-H2 passive humbucker in the bridge position for high-gain presence and clarity with a punchy response, as well as an EMG HZ S2 passive stacked single coil in the neck, offering just the right mix of mids with a clear and full low end. Components on this outstanding guitar include Grover tuners, a double-locking Floyd Rose 1000 bridge, a volume control and a three-way pickup selector. A deluxe ESP hardshell case is included.
