Description
The Gibson '50s Les Paul Standard returns to the classic design that made it relevant, played, and loved the world over. It pays tribute to Gibson's Golden Era of innovation and brings authentic, old-school style to life. The '50s Les Paul Standard has a solid mahogany body with a maple top, a rounded '50s-style mahogany neck, and a rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlays. It's equipped with an ABR-1 vintage-style bridge, aluminum stopbar tailpiece, vintage deluxe tuners with keystone buttons, and aged gold top hat knobs. The calibrated Burstbucker 1 and Burstbucker 2 pickups are loaded with AlNiCo II magnets, audio taper potentiometers, and orange drop capacitors.
